TENNECO EXPANDS COVERAGE OF WALKER® COMMERCIAL VEHICLE EMISSION CONTROL LINE

More than 150 New Walker SKUs for Medium-, Heavy-Duty and Bus Applications Included in the Coverage Expansion

Louisville, KY – Tenneco Inc. (NYSE: TEN) announced a coverage expansion for its Walker® Commercial Vehicle emission control product line with more than 150 new part numbers available for school bus, medium- and heavy-duty truck markets.

“Walker is delivering premium coverage for the industry’s top applications,” said Bill Shutt, product marketing manager, Commercial Vehicle, North American Aftermarket, Tenneco. “Plus, we’ve added a useful product interchange web site to make it easier than ever for our customers to address any of their service needs with premium Walker replacement parts.”

Available now, the new Walker part numbers will address more than 250 product interchanges for original equipment and competitive brands. The 2008 product line expansion includes 159 new products comprised of 143 pipes (67 extensions, 46 front, 15 elbows, seven tails, five Y-pipes, two intermediate and one stack), 10 mufflers (five Freightliner, four Kenworth, one Bluebird) and six pieces of hardware.

The new parts can be found in the new 2008-09 Walker Commercial Vehicle Emission Control Master Catalog and available on the newly redesigned www.walkerheavyduty.com.
