"Safe and Sound" - Walker HD Guarantee

We are so confident you will like your new, premium Walker® Mega-Flow® Heavy Duty muffler, we will make you this exclusive trial offer. Try a new Mega-Flow® muffler for 90 days. If you don't feel that the Mega-Flow® muffler meets your expectations, we will replace it with any comparably priced unit of your choice.

How the offer works:

First, if for any reason you don't agree that the Mega-Flow® muffler performs as indicated, simply call our customer service department at 734-384-7898.

You will be connected directly to a Service Representative, who will register your claim and provide appropriate instructions to replace the muffler free of charge.* Be sure to save your sales receipt to verify your initial purchase and a copy of the invoice for the replacement product you choose. We also ask that you return the original Mega-Flow® muffler to us at our cost. We will provide you with a prepaid means to return the product to us. Upon our receipt of the products and proper documentation, you will receive a check within 4-6 weeks by mail. Ask your Walker dealer for more details.

* Offer limited to one (1) Mega-Flow® Muffler. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. Offer covers only Walker® Mega-Flow® premium mufflers. Offer does not include units improperly installed or substituted. Valid only on vehicles used for commercial use. Valid only on vertical applications. Installation costs under this offer limited to $50.00 per exhaust system replacement.

Commercial Warranty

Tenneco warrants to the original purchaser its Walker Mega-Flow® Heavy Duty Mufflers installed on vehicles used for commercial purposes in vertical applications against defects and wear-out for 4 years from date of purchase or 500,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

This warranty does not apply to a product which has been modified or improperly installed. Tenneco's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective muffler in accordance with this warranty. Cost of removal and installation, as well as commercial loss or other consequential damages, is not included.

There is no other express warranty on Mega-Flow® Heavy Duty Mufflers installed for commercial purposes. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty.

To make a claim under this warranty, return the worn-out or defective product with the dated original receipt to the dealer or retailer from whom it was purchased or to a Tenneco dealer for verification and exchange under this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
